Abstract

A woman has no right to inflict harm to unborn child during prenatal development, which we have so many thanks to the latest research in the field of prenatal psychology. There is also no right to decide the fate of his child against the father of that baby! "Progressive" human rights defenders admit pregnant women the right to decide the fate of their child, but do not confer the same rights to fathers of unborn children. It's a completely illegal situation where fathers have no right to defend the life of their own children, who passed this life. And fathers, which no court deprived of parental rights! Fathers can save the unborn child to fall, but they can not defend the life of that child. Such inconsistency of the legislature and this type of discrimination against same-sex parent against the other parent's gender does not fit entirely in the standards of law.
